Dishoom, a well known Indian eatery, inspired by Irani Cafes of Bombay is opening a new site in Manchester. It is believed they will open door by end of November 2018. Last year they opened a site in Edinburgh, Scotland.
As explained in Wikipedia, “The classic format of these cafes is basic with a subtle colonial touch; high ceilings with black, bent wooden chairs (now cane in some cafes), wooden tables with marble tops and glass jars that allow a peek into the goodies they hold. With huge glass mirrors on the walls to create a feeling of space, visitors are greeted with eagerness and a whiff of baking. The speed of operations is impressive and service quite hassle-free. Dishoom sites perfectly fit the style description as mentioned above.
Manchester Dishoom will be their seventh site with 5 sites in London and one in Edinburgh. Check out Dishoom’s Business Profile here.
