FAQs as a Seller

We work on “No Sale No Fee“. Terms apply after solicitors are instructed or holding deposit is received from the buyer.

  1. For Business sales we charge 5% of premium achieved or £5,500, whichever is greater.
  2. For Freehold Property sale our fee ranges between 1% to 3% of agreed price with minimum fee of £8,500.
  3. For commercial lettings our fee is 10% of the annual rent or £3,500 whichever is greater.

*All quoted fees are exclusive of taxes.

No, we do not charge any upfront marketing fee. Marketing is completely free of cost.

We use our “SALE” approach find suitable buyers:

  1. SEARCH: Our own website is highly optimised for search engines and buyers alike. We rank top 5 on search results for food businesses for sale.
  2. ADVANCED: We use latest buyer management and lead generation system. Our softwares syncs and matches listing to hundreds of buyers on our database.
  3. LISTING: Along with our website, we also use several popular business selling platforms and portals like Businesses for Sale, Zoopla, Daltons and RightBiz website.
  4. EMAIL: We send monthly listing email alerts to 1000s of active buyers registered with us. Our email software filter buyers & target only those who match the business.

The answer is, it depends. In some cases we have been able to find buyers within two months and others 6-12 months.

We aim to complete the sale within 8-10 weeks of deposit received. However, we heavily rely on solicitors of all parties. Once the transactions are with the solicitors, we as an agent have minimal impact. Hence, if all parties are proactive and chase their solicitors regularly, we can certainly close the deal within 10 weeks.

FAQs as a Buyer

No, we do not charge any fees at all from the buyers. We charge only the seller.

Yes, we do but you must pay us an upfront fee if you want our agency to exclusively work for you. Fees may vary depending on the type of business or property you are trying to acquire.

No, you must not approach or deal with the seller or owner directly. If you do so, you must pay our fee owed by the seller. Please read our terms and conditions.
